Something to be proud of...Identify the building, its location and relation to the Godman.
Ans: The building is the World Centre of Vedic Learning, still only in the planning stage, but once built will become the world's tallest building. The WCVL is planned to be constructed near Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.
The Godman is Maharishi Mahesh Yogi( of the Beatles Fame) who announced the construction.

ps: I thought Matt Damon should have been the greatest clue to the entire question. It should have been reasonably easy to work backwards from Matt Damon.
